Justin James

Justin serves as lead pastor. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2003 and was in full-time ministry for 10 years in various pastoral roles prior to planting Belle City Church. It is Justin’s greatest desire to make the Good News of Jesus Christ known to a world that desperately needs him.
Justin and Laurie have been married since 2000 and have four children. Some of his hobbies include playing board games with his family, keeping up with Wisconsin sports teams and cooking.

Jacob Ward
WORSHIP DIRECTOR
Jacob was born and raised in Racine. His goal in leading worship is to lead the congregation to a place of worship through the vehicle of singing. He married the love of his life, Abbie, in 2015 and have two children, not including their cats. Outside of leading worship, Jacob enjoys watching hockey (Go Predators!), barbecuing, and spending time with his family.
Nicole Simon
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Nicole sees the goal of children’s ministry as assisting children, from elementary aged up to teenagers, to not only hear about the gospel but help them develop their own personal relationship with Christ. She has experience educating children as a teacher in both school and church settings. She married her husband Jeremy in 2002 and together they have 2 kids. In her free time, she enjoys trips to a cabin, photography and hikes with her family.
Amanda Sell
NURSERY AND PRESCHOOL
MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Amanda has a passion for seeing young children come to know Christ at an early age, grow in their understanding of who God is and how much He loves them. The desire is for even the youngest to find a personal relationship with God. In 2013, she married her man, Kevin and together they have 2 children. Outside of her job and church, Amanda enjoys baking amazing desserts, crafting or decorating.
Lauren Ferg
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Lauren manages the social media posts & website updates. She has a background in the nonprofit sector and desires to use the “interwebs” to help people to think about Jesus Christ and change the stigma around Christian community. She married her high school sweetheart, Adam, in 2011 and are raising their 3 kids, plus a dog. You can typically find Lauren watching Packers and Badgers football, trying new recipes, and taking trips Up North in the summer.
